Based on your design, we’ll recommend premium and suitable yarn material for your reference. We can provide
color card to choose. lf the color you need is not in the card,just send us images or Pan tone number. We can dye whatever colors you want-from standard to unique colors You can provide us with your own design size chart. lf you don’t have a sweater size chart, our masters can provide you with size recommendations for your country according to your design.Work with many international brands so we knew the sizes for different designs.
We are offering custom LOGO service, including hang tags,brand labels, washing labels, Zipper, and packages for your private label brands. LOGO style and workmanship can be made according to your requirements.
We begin by selecting high-quality yarns tailored to your product needs. Whether it’s organic cotton, RWS-certified wool, cashmere blend, or recycled fiber, we source from trusted suppliers. Every batch is inspected for colorfastness, tensile strength, and uniformity.
Using advanced flat knitting machines (3GG–16GG), our technicians knit panels to your design specifications. For hand-knit or chunky orders, manual knitting is also available.
After knitting, panels are carefully linked and sewn by skilled workers. We use flatlock or overlock stitching depending on garment type to ensure durability and clean finish.
Garments are washed and finished to improve softness, shape retention, and texture. We offer enzyme washing, softening treatments, and anti-pilling processes.
Each garment undergoes AQL-standard inspection for defects in stitching, color consistency, sizing, and trims. We also perform in-line QC during knitting and sewing stages.
Once passed, products are packed according to your branding or eco-packaging requirements. We support worldwide shipping by air or sea.
